This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from the official Welborn website within India. For purchases made via marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/others), the respective marketplace return and refund policy will apply.

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from the official Welborn website within India.

For products purchased through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms, the return and refund process shall be governed strictly by the respective marketplace policies.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product is defective or non-functional upon delivery
  • Incorrect product has been delivered

Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Minor cosmetic variations not affecting functionality
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products missing accessories, manuals, or warranty cards
  • Products that have been used, installed, tampered with, or altered
4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return request, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video showing sealed package opening
  • Images or video clearly demonstrating the defect or damage

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the return request.

5. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Welborn reserves the sole and absolute right to:

  • Approve the return
  • Request additional documentation
  • Reject the return request if eligibility conditions are not satisfied
6. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

If a return request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged where serviceable; or
  • Customer may be required to ship the product to the designated address provided by Welborn.

Shipping instructions will be shared upon approval.

7. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • Refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary

No cash refunds shall be issued.

8. Replacement Instead of Refund

In certain cases, Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Repair under warranty
  • Store credit (if applicable)

The resolution decision shall remain at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Marketplace Purchases

For products purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces:

  • Returns and refunds must be initiated through the respective marketplace account
  • Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. will not directly process refunds for marketplace transactions
10. Fraudulent or Misrepresented Claims

Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any claim found to be:

  • Fraudulent
  • Manipulated
  • False or misleading

Appropriate legal action may be initiated in cases of abuse.
