Warranty & Repair Terms

This Warranty & Repairs Policy applies to products purchased within India through the official Welborn website, offline authorized stores, and online marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/others), subject to mandatory warranty registration.
1. Scope
This policy applies to products purchased within India through:
- Official Welborn website
- Offline authorized retail stores
- Online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Warranty validity is subject to mandatory registration and inspection as defined below.
2. Mandatory Warranty Registration (14 Days)
All products eligible for warranty must be registered on the official Welborn website within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
This applies to purchases made via:
- Website
- Offline retail
- Marketplaces
Failure to register within 14 days may result in the warranty being void.
Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.
3. Warranty Period by Product Category
Warranty duration begins from the date of purchase.

4. What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal usage, including:
- Internal functional failure due to manufacturing defect
- Electrical or hardware malfunction caused by manufacturing defect
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Physical damage (drop, impact, mishandling)
- Water or liquid damage
- Burn marks or damage due to power surge/voltage fluctuation
- Unauthorized repairs, opening, or modifications
- Daily wear and tear due to regular usage
- Cosmetic damage
- Improper handling, storage, or misuse
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Tampered or missing serial numbers
Products showing signs of misuse, negligence, or tampering will not be covered.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please email:

Please include:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)
- Warranty registration details (if available)
- Clear images/videos demonstrating the issue
Welborn may request additional diagnostic information before proceeding.
7. Inspection & Approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by an authorized service centre.
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to:
- Approve or reject the claim
- Request additional information
- Conduct technical evaluation
The final decision after inspection shall be binding.
8. Resolution Policy (Repair First; Replacement if Not Repaired in 30 Days)
All approved warranty claims will be handled as follows:
- The product will be repaired by an authorized service centre.
- If the Company is unable to complete repairs within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving the product, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.
Replacement applies only if repair is not possible within the defined period.
Note: Cash refunds are not provided under warranty.
9. Shipping for Warranty Claims
For warranty service:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location.
- Shipping charges to the service centre shall be borne by the customer.
Products must be securely packaged before shipping.
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for transit damage caused due to improper packaging.
10. Turnaround Time
- Inspection: 3–7 working days after receipt
- Repair: Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product
Timelines may vary based on part availability and logistics.
11. Out-of-Warranty Service
If the product is found:
- Outside the warranty period
- Not registered within 14 days
- Damaged due to misuse or accident
Welborn may offer paid repair service (if serviceable). All repair and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
12. Marketplace Purchases
For products purchased from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.):
- Warranty remains valid if registered within 14 days
- Marketplace return policies apply separately
- Warranty service is handled directly by Welborn (as per this policy)
13. Limitation of Liability
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
14. Final Authority
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Amend this policy at any time
- Interpret warranty conditions
- Accept or reject claims at its sole discretion
