This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. website within India. We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing timelines may be extended.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Promotional free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. operates on a prepaid-only model.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking ID will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- Customers can track shipments through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept delivery
The shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases, original shipping charges (if any) and return-to-origin (RTO) charges shall be borne by the customer. These charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
7. Risk & Ownership
Risk and ownership of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
Customers are advised to inspect the package and record an unboxing video for damage claims.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Welborn Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Transport strikes
- Pandemic disruptions
- Courier operational delays
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Welborn shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address information.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt:
- Customer must notify us within 48 hours
- An investigation will be initiated with the courier partner
Resolution shall depend on courier confirmation.
